Walden's Lakeview Dining is a premier fine dining establishment known for its elevated cuisine, curated wine list, and exceptional guest experience. We are seeking a poised, knowledgeable, and service-driven Server to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a refined, detail-oriented setting and genuinely enjoys hospitality at the highest level.

Job Summary

As a Fine Dining Server, you will provide polished, attentive service to our guests throughout their dining experience. You’ll guide them through our menu with confidence, anticipate their needs, and deliver each course with grace and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, high-level service to all guests

• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and ingredients

• Take orders efficiently and accurately, using POS systems

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service

• Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues with professionalism

• Maintain table settings and dining room appearance to fine dining standards

• Uphold all health, safety, and cleanliness regulations

• Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a server in fine dining or upscale restaurants

• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings 

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent memory and multitasking abilities

• Calm, confident demeanor and professional appearance

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Commitment to hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
